Baysdie Marine Outlet has selected PayPal as its secure credit card authorization system. The order process and shopping cart are handled entirely through the PayPal website. Becuase this service is outsourced, representatives at Bayside Marine Outlet will never know your credit card information. All we will receive is notice of received payment and the shipping information.

Shipping is currently handled by FedEx, with the defaul option being FedEx Ground. FedEx offers a tracking system so that the location of your package can be ascertained at any given time.

FedEx service carries insurance to cover the cost of damages in the event that the contents of a package are lost or damaged. Please contact FedEx directly in order to file a claim for damages. Our representatives at Bayside Marine will do everything in their power to assist you with your claims.

At Bayside Marine Outlet, we are happy to offer you a full cash value return for any merchandise purchased. Returns are allowed only within one week of receipt of your goods. The cost of shipping however will not be reimbursed. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping in the event that you choose to order another item after you have returned the original items.

Any complete GEM Remote system will have to be inspected for damage and functionality upon return. Because of this GEM reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $25 when complete systems are returned.

Large payments to PayPal incurr large fees from PayPal for credit card processing. Returns do not account for this fee. Bayside Marine Outlet reserves the right to deflect this loss by deducting it from the refund amount.
